Course Description
The major objective of the course is to prepare advanced undergraduates in psychology for a career as a clinical psychologist. Through a combination of reading and lectures, students will learn how to apply scientific knowledge to the practice of clinical psychology. Topics include the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders, major theories and research findings in cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic perspectives, and practical applications of psychotherapy.
Pre-requisites: Enrollment in DRWI 8507 is required before taking DRWI
